3D Radial Bar Charts

Concentric 3D arc segments showing progress or completion for multiple categories. Each category gets its own ring with an optional background track. Supports configurable bar width, gap, depth, start angle, and maximum value. Uses per-vertex coloring for smooth arc rendering.
